She is a Somatic Intuitive Healer, and so as we dive into the “G” of The GATES Method – Ground in your body and your values – I wanted to bring her perspective to bear on the many nuances of embodiment.
Our discussion ranges from… the wisdom of the body, to the power of authenticity, the safety created by honesty, and what it really means to be grounded. Jewels also leads us on a little experiential exercise, followed by an embodied meditation. All things essential for building a strong foundation for healthy boundaries.
