Follow Your Truth

Well, that’s a wrap on this season! And the timing is such for several reasons – largely boiling down to… you guessed it: Boundaries. Tune in to find out the big Yes I’m following, and where!

Healing Into Boundaries

Boundaries are an inside job. Beyond something we DO, they’re really a side-effect of who we BECOME on the other side of the healing work that roots our safety and security within ourselves.

Having Your Own Back

Honoring your No *consistently* is one of the best ways to build safety and trust – with YOURSELF as well as others. Being reliable goes way deeper than being likeable; and it breeds more respect, too.

Boundaries for Love

Any relationship that doesn’t have healthy boundaries is not as loving as it could be. In getting there, the more grace we can manage – for ourselves as well as others – the more peaceful and loving the process will be.

Saying No with Openness

Communicating our boundaries can feel super uncomfortable sometimes. But when we have tools for keeping the door of connection open, it can feel a lot less scary and a lot more loving.

Stronger You, Stronger Love

Learning how to do hard things in one area can transfer really well to others! And this can come in really handy when navigating the messy challenges of human relationships.
